Cancellation Policy for Coaching and Psychotherapy:

Up to 5 business days before the appointment: Full refund
Up to 48 hours before the appointment: 100% of the total amount paid, but you can choose an alternative date
Less than 48 hours before the appointment: 100% of the total amount without the option to reschedule

Cancellation Policy for Workshops, Facilitation, and Weekend Retreats:

Up to 30 days before the event: Full refund
Up to 14 days before the event: 50% of the total amount paid
Less than 14 days before the event: 100% of the total amount, but you can choose an alternative date/event
