My experience

  • I have 15 years of experience working in international organizations. I am familiar with the challenges of working in demanding conditions and may have faced the same issues that you, your colleagues, management, or employees are dealing with.
  • I also have extensive experience leading international teams and projects, monitoring and evaluating projects, creating strategies, and facilitating workshops or organization-wide meetings.
  • During my 15 years in the non-profit sector, I have experienced the roles of employee and external consultant. I have had the opportunity to lead selection processes, train people, and later mentor them. I have led large, nationwide projects.
  • Since 2021, I have been working as a coach with managers in the corporate sector, both in the Czech Republic and abroad.
  • I have over 800 coaching hours with teams and individuals in my portfolio. I work under supervision and utilize mentoring.
  • I am continuously educating myself. I have attended many courses, training sessions, and workshops.
  • I have often dealt with challenging situations in difficult conditions. All this has shaped my work style and personality.

Coaching

Individual coaching

I can be available to individual team members or management. We can meet once to clarify specific steps or meet over a longer period at regular intervals, according to your needs. Individual coaching often occurs alongside group activities such as training or facilitation

Group and team coaching

The advantage of working with a group is that participants can listen to and enrich each other. My role as a coach is to moderate and guide the discussion and ask powerful questions that lead the team beyond their usual conversations. I respond to stimuli and work with the overall atmosphere in the group. This allows new ways of communication to be explored in a safe environment. Participants leave with insights and specific action steps they can incorporate into their daily lives.

Facilitation of team meetings

I enable more efficient and meaningful interactions that support productivity and collaboration within the team.

As an external facilitator, I bring a fresh perspective and an unbiased stance, allowing for open and constructive dialogue on topics where you previously couldn't find a way forward. I work with group dynamics and navigate the discussion to ensure all voices are heard and common goals are achieved. You can focus on the content while I ensure a smooth process and that the meeting reaches the expected outcomes.

As a facilitator, I focus on creating an environment where each participant can actively contribute and learn from others. During the workshop, I guide and steer the discussion to achieve the meeting's goals while supporting group dynamics. I offer wellbeing programs for employees of companies and organizations looking for ways to support a healthy and productive work environment. These programs, whether one-off or long-term, are based on my practice in coaching, psychotherapy studies, and mindfulness principles. I adapt the program content to the specific needs of your organization, with the option to include active outdoor parts combined with landscape exploration.
