Psychotherapy
Feeling lost in life or at a crossroads?
I will support you in finding your way back to yourself.
Why psychotherapy
While coaching focuses on achieving specific goals and improving performance in particular areas of your life, psychotherapy offers a deeper look into your emotional and mental health. Therapy can help you recognize and address psychological issues that may affect your daily well-being and personal development.
Systemic therapy is not limited by topic. Common issues addressed with clients include:
• Coping with loss or sudden change • Life transitions • General dissatisfaction with life • Low self-esteem • Work-life balance • Parenting • Relationships with loved ones • Intimacy • Stress • Fatigue and exhaustion • Anxiety • Loneliness • Existential questions • Imposter syndrome • Burnout •
As a psychotherapist in training, I specialize in systemic and narrative psychotherapy, which belong to postmodern constructivist approaches. These methods are based on deep respect for the individual, trust in your abilities, and an interest in your life stories and experiences. Together, we will work to help you navigate your life with greater confidence and face challenges more effectively.
I am also undergoing professional training in Nature Therapy, which teaches the use of nature’s positive impacts to support clients’ mental health and well-being. This training draws on principles from various therapeutic schools: gestalt therapy, person-centered therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, active imagination, and mindfulness. If we go out into nature together, it will become a co-therapist, providing new stimuli, symbols, metaphors, and reflections.
